Ken Haag
Wins (Barely) at May 21, 2002 -- Tyler State Park, PA -- After 27 grueling, nail-biting, blade-inspiring holes of frisbee golf at Pennsylvania's illustrious Tyler State Park, Ken Haag emerged as the two-stroke leader, beating Brian Bishop by a score of 102 to 100. For those of you who haven't played the course, you are truly missing out on an exciting and intricate frisbee golf course that winds it way for 27 holes through the dense forest of Tyler State Park in Eastern Pennsylvania. The course has all but 4 of its 27 holes hidden between trees and around dog-legs that would make Tiger Woods wince. But of course, Tiger throwing a frisbee would probably make us all wince. Better stick to the OTHER links there Tig. Although it shames me to have lost by such a small margin after so many throws, I am heartened by the fact that I am still better looking. |
