It has begun. The epic head-to-head fantasy football challenge of which Pete “Ball Sucker” Guzik and I are the only participants. Drafting new teams each week, we tally up the points each week in the ongoing struggle for bragging rights. It must be mentioned at this point that this is the third year of doing this, and that Guze has won both previous years (last year by only two games, and the first year we had to draft players in the Pro Bowl because I tied it up in the Super Bowl).
Let it be proclaimed throughout the land that Brian Bishop, Fantasy Football novice, complete amature, never-watched-sports-until-his-late-twenties, has drawn first blood.
1-0 good guys.
I’d like to give a shout out to the Philly defense, and to my good pal, my bosom buddy, TO, who combined for more than enough points to vanquish the Guze, who so foolishly picked Javon Walker. Yes Guze wisely chose Bulger, but in the end Manning prevailed. Better luck next week big guy.

I would stay clear of Wayne Rooney at the moment, if I were you.
