LONDON, December 10, 2008. Careful statistical analysis of blog posting patterns on Mochasteak.com revealed what many had suspected: Brian is a lazy blogger. After reaching previous highs of 20-25 posts per month, recent months have been averaging a paltry 1-3 posts.
Brian Bishop, owner and sole contributor to Mochasteak.com, was quoted as saying, “I’m shocked! Shocked and appalled at how lazy I am. I used to just have this general feeling that I was neglecting my blog duties, but now with this new data staring me in the face, I just can’t deny it… I’m in a blog-posting crisis.”
President-Elect Barack Obama could not be reached for comment, but members of his Presidential Transition Team were overhead saying that they were “very concerned” and that “its a big deal” when discussing other kinds of crises, so presumably they feel the same way about Mochasteak.com.
Brian will be going to Washington in the coming days to ask for Government bail-out money to pay for his web-hosting bills. He will not however, make the same mistake that the Big Three auto company CEOs made in flying down on their corporate jets. It will be strictly Economy-class for this conscientious blogger.
